Preceptor Seluvis is a character in Elden Ring.
Preceptor Seluvis is a scornful sorcerer in the service of Ranni the Witch. He lives in Seluvis's Rise in the Three Sisters and sells Carian sorceries. He asks the Tarnished to slip a potion to Nepheli Loux and hides a cellar full of living puppets. His questline can end in a plot against Ranni herself.
Lore
Seluvis is a haughty sorcerer in the robes of a preceptor who treats the Tarnished with open contempt.
He serves Ranni, yet he collects puppets, living people turned into thralls by potions brewed from Starlight Shards. Their bodies stand in a hidden cellar near Ranni's Rise. He and Gideon Ofnir once knew each other and fell out over Dolores the Sleeping Arrow.
Seluvis brewed an Amber Draught meant to make Ranni his puppet. Whether or not the plot went ahead, he was found dead in his tower, kneeling like one of his own dolls.

Notes
- His puppet ashes cost Starlight Shards, and the puppet shop stays open at his body after he dies.
- Giving Ranni the Amber Draught halts her questline until absolution at the Church of Vows.
- His questline ends when Ranni receives the Fingerslayer Blade, so the Magic Scorpion Charm must be claimed first.
- He gives Seluvis's Introduction when asked about the way into Nokron.
