Use
Giving the needle to Boc the Seamster lets him alter demigod armor for free. Without it, his service covers only ordinary garments.

- Travel to the Church of Vows in eastern Liurnia of the Lakes.
- Open the chest beside the church entrance.
- Take the needle together with the Golden Tailoring Tools.
- Give it to Boc the Seamster once he works as a seamster.
