The Confessor Hood (Altered) is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Confessor Set. It is a mid-game find.
Confessor Hood (Altered) is the cloth headwrap worn under a church confessor's black hood, revealed once the hood is removed. The confessors serve the Two Fingers and wear these hoods to blend in with the darkness. Altering makes the head piece lighter, with slightly lower defenses and resistances. It suits faith builds that want a simpler look than the full hood.
