Fortissax's Lightning Spear is a Dragon Cult incantation in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early in a run.
Fortissax's Lightning Spear channels the power of the ancient dragon Fortissax, whose twin red lightning stakes were the hallmark of the dragon called the mightiest boulderstone during the War of the Ancient Dragons. It calls down two red lightning spears one after the other, each slamming into the ground and bursting into waves of lightning spreading ahead, behind and to both sides. The second spear lands while the first spear's waves are still spreading, so it deals far more total damage than Ancient Dragons' Lightning Spear, though it is slower to cast. The Gravel Stone Seal and the Death Knight set boost it, and its heavy stance damage helps break large enemies. It suits dragon cult faith builds that want a powerful lightning nuke.
Effect
Calls down two red lightning spears one after the other, each bursting into trails of lightning on impact. Each cast costs 35 FP and takes up one memory slot.
