The Fell Sporehead is a Fell enemy in Enshrouded, found in the Nomad Highlands, the Kindlewastes, the Albaneve Summits, the Veilwater Basin and the Cinder's Cradle. Fell Sporeheads are a dangerous Fell enemy encountered in dungeons, ruins, and abandoned villages in the Shroud. Sporeheads tend to keep their distance from you, launching Fell spores at them from afar while other Fell enemies engage in the fight. It is weak to cutting, blunt and fire damage.
Where to Find the Fell Sporehead
Fell Sporeheads haunt dungeons, ruins and abandoned villages inside the Shroud. They are most common in the Kindlewastes and also live in the Albaneve Summits and the Veilwater Basin. A few appear in the Nomad Highlands, and more stand in the Shroud of Cinder's Cradle. Known spots include the Sun Temple east-north-east of the Kindlewastes spire and the Haunted Sun Temple north of the Far Away Fray tavern. They hang back and bombard intruders while other Fell close in.

How to Fight the Fell Sporehead
- Stay at range and it keeps lobbing spores while other Fell fight you; rush it and keep it stunned with melee instead.
- Do not aim ranged or magic attacks at the head.

A dangerous Fell that hangs back and bombards intruders with spores while its allies close in. The Fell Heart it carries is described as the faded heart of a Fell foe; the Bursting Fell Heart is swollen and still beating.

- Like every Fell enemy it takes extra damage from Fire and takes no damage at all from Shroud attacks.
- The only enemy that drops Fell Hearts, used in many armor recipes.
