Enemies
The town belongs to the Fell, the Shroud's own soldiers and beasts. Time inside the Shroud is limited, so long fights here use up the Shroud timer.

Unique Loot
The Jester Hat is a gleeful, jingly hat. Its description says the little bells make frolicking around more joyous. It is a cosmetic item, so it changes looks only.
