Riverreach is a mill town in the Veilwater Basin, now held by Scavengers. Timberwolf Logging & Co. ran its grindmill and its waterwheels. Workers noticed a purple haze in the river and were told to stop drinking from it. The company then sold them bottled water and took the cost from their pay. The Alchemist's quest for a mill leads here for the Improved Millstone. A note upstairs in another building worries that the settlements are going silent one by one, and that the divers in Orville have stopped sending word.

The town lies on a river in the Veilwater Basin, beside a waterfall. A Shroud Root grows in an underwater cave below the town. Its entrance is under the waterfall.

Enemies
Scavengers hold the town and the mill. They are a good source of Metal Scraps. The company's own notice explains how to stop the mill safely: close the water gates in the waterwheel's basin to halt the machinery.
