Shrouded Camp is a Shroud Root in the Kindlewastes, a short way west of the Kindlewastes Ancient Spire. Cutting down the root gives a skill point. The camp also hides the Tricorn, a cosmetic hat that drops only here.
Where to Find Shrouded Camp - Map Location
Shrouded Camp lies west of the Kindlewastes Ancient Spire. The Boneshard Excavation Camp is to the north-west, and a Flame Shrine stands to the north-east. Ridgeback Mine and its own Shroud Root lie further south.

Unique Loot
The Tricorn is a distinguished hat with a folded-up brim. A small metal detail decorates its front. It is a cosmetic item, so it changes looks only.

Other Markers
The Shroud Root is the heart of the site. It is a large, glowing red growth that pours out the Shroud. An axe cuts it down, and the skill point is paid only once per root.
