The Black Forest Buffet Platter is a feast laid out on a tray for a whole hall to share, not a meal for one. A Food Preparation Table makes it from three bowls of Deer Stew and an armful of Black Forest foraging.

How to Make It

The recipe is three Deer Stew, five Thistle, four Queen's Jam and one Woodland Herb Blend, assembled at a Food Preparation Table. Everything except the spice comes from the Black Forest. Deer Stew is cooked in a Cauldron from Cooked Deer Meat, Blueberries and a carrot, Queen's Jam from Raspberries and Blueberries, and Thistle is picked off the forest floor by its glow after dark. The Woodland Herb Blend is the real gate: only the Bog Witch in the Swamp sells it, and she only offers it once The Elder is dead. Put the finished platter down with a Serving Tray. It holds ten servings that anyone nearby can take, and a part-eaten platter is lost if you dismantle it.
