The Black marble floor is the flat slab of the Flooring section in the Mistlands build set: one 2x2 square of dark, veined paving cut from four bricks of Black Marble. It neither burns nor rots, which makes it the floor to stand a kiln, a Forge or an Eitr Refinery on.
How to Build It
Each tile costs 4x Black Marble, and a Stonecutter has to be within range both to lay it and to repair it later. Marble carries its weight from the ground up the way Stone does and takes nothing from timber. A floor that runs out over open air needs a pillar or a wall beneath it, never a wooden beam.
