You bake it in a Stone Oven from:
- 1x Seal Blubber: dropped by Seals on the Deep North coast.

How to Get It
Bake raw Seal Blubber in a Stone Oven for about 50 seconds, because more than 100 burns it to coal. The oven holds ten wood, bakes four at a time and burns each wood for 2,000 seconds. The in-game description calls it a chewy meat with an aftertaste of remorse.
Notes
- Its 60 health ranks 22nd among foods, tied with Cooked Chicken Meat, Cooked Hare Meat and Cooked Seeker Meat, and its total of 80 health, stamina and eitr ranks 53rd, tied with four other foods.
- It heals 5 health every 10 seconds while it lasts. Like all food, its bonuses shrink over its 20 minutes, slowly at first and then quickly near the end.
