Cooked Seeker Meat only cooks on an Iron Cooking Station. It starts as meat cut from the Seekers of the Mistlands and ends up as 60 health and 20 stamina.

How to Make It

Collect Seeker Meat from Seekers and Seeker Soldiers in the Mistlands, then lay it on an Iron Cooking Station built over a fire. The ordinary Cooking Station will not take it, so the meat waits on iron from the Swamp. Pull it off as soon as it is done, because leaving it on the rack burns it to Coal. The food lasts 20 minutes.
