Moder's Altar is the Forsaken Altar in the Mountain where you summon Moder. In game it is called the Sacrificial altar, and it takes 3 Dragon Eggs.
Where to Find It
The altars sit at least 3,000 metres from each other, within 8,000 metres of the world centre, between 150 and 500 metres up, in zones that are entirely Mountain. A vegvisir marks the nearest altar on your map. You find Moder vegvisirs in Mountain Towers (63% of the tower layout) and in Frost Caves (25% in some rooms).
What's Inside
A runestone on or near the altar carries the hint SACRIFICE HER SPAWN. Place the three Dragon Eggs in their spots by the altar, then activate it to summon Moder. Once summoned, she stays until she is defeated, even if you leave combat, use a portal, log out or die. You can summon her from the same altar as many times as you like.

Notes
- Each Dragon Egg weighs 200.
- Hang Moder's trophy on her stone at the Sacrificial Stones to unlock her Forsaken Power. For 300 seconds it gives +300 carry weight, a constant tailwind when sailing, Frost resistance and +10% movement speed.
