Rotten Meat drops from the mounds of flesh that line the Putrid Holes of the Ashlands, and it is the one food on the list that nobody actually wants to swallow.
How to Get It
Break open the mounds of flesh inside a Putrid Hole and Rotten Meat drops along with Bone Fragments and Soft Tissue. Every one of those holes also holds a Morgen, so kill it or slip past it before you settle in to farm. Eating the meat makes you sick for fifteen seconds, and the sickness strips your active food buffs. That is its real purpose: a deliberate reset when you want to swap food sets without waiting out the timers.
