Soft Tissue still fizzes faintly in the hand, which is an odd thing to say about matter scraped out of the skull of a dead giant. In the Mistlands you mine it from Ancient Skulls, and it also drops from Dvergr crates and from the Dvergr themselves.

How to Get It

Look for the Giant Remains slumped across the Mistlands and mine the pale nodes inside the skull. That takes a Black Metal Pickaxe or better, so the Plains and the Black Metal they drop have to be behind you before a single skull will open. A skull node keeps paying out for a long time once you start on it. Dvergr and their crates drop smaller amounts, if you are prepared to make enemies in a camp.
