The Wisp Fountain is a shallow basin of cut Stone with a Torn Spirit sunk into it. It sits in the Crafting Stations tab, but it does nothing for the buildings around it. Its job is to call Wisps in after dark, so you can walk out at dusk, pluck one from the air and carry it into the Mistlands in a Wisplight.
How to Build It
The recipe is ten Stone and one Torn Spirit, a spirit that drops from Yagluth in the Plains, not from the Wraiths that drift over the Swamp at night. You need a Stonecutter in range to place the fountain and to repair it afterwards. Wisps gather a few at a time once the light goes or the rain comes in. Two fountains built close together draw on the same pool rather than doubling it, so set them well apart if you want a steady supply.
