You pick Yellow Mushroom by torchlight from the walls of Burial Chambers and Troll Caves under the Black Forest, and it keeps glowing long after it is in your pocket. The same pale clusters grow again much later, down in the Sunken Crypts of the Swamp.
How to Get It
You need no tool, only a light and the nerve to go underground. Pick them by hand in Black Forest Burial Chambers and Troll Caves, and later in the Sunken Crypts of the Swamp. Those crypt doors only open with the Swamp Key that the Elder drops. A picked patch regrows after about four hours, so a dungeon you cleared early is worth walking back to. Eaten raw, the mushroom gives 10 health and 30 stamina for ten minutes. That is thin fare on its own, but useful while you dig.
