That armor piercing ties the Relic Ami for the highest of any silver sword. It also gives +50% crit damage, +10% crit chance, +15% bleeding chance and +5% bonus experience from monsters, with 3 rune slots. The regular sword has +250 armor piercing, +5% crit chance and +10% bleeding chance.

The pin marks Murky Delve, a cave south of the Palace Gardens and northwest of the Seidhe Llygad Amphitheater in Toussaint. In New Game +, the Legendary Manticore Silver Sword diagram sits in a small chest beside a vision of the prophet Lebioda at the far end of the cave. Geralt reaches it during Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Manticore Gear, and a grandmaster blacksmith crafts the sword from it.

1. Speak to Lafargue, the grandmaster smith in Toussaint, and ask about the Manticore gear to start Scavenger Hunt: Grandmaster Manticore Gear.
2. Climb the standing tower in the Bastoy Prison Ruins, loot the loose brick at the top and read the prisoner's notes.
3. Go to Lebioda's cave southeast of Gélenser Farm and kill the panther at the entrance.
4. Search the prayers on the wall furthest from the entrance and read Merten's prayer.
5. Go to Lebioda's temple and use Aard to open the hidden room at the far end.
6. Defeat the wraith that attacks. Loot the container on the table for the trousers and boots diagrams, and read the Great Beggar's journal.
7. Enter Murky Delve. Walk past the two nude women, who are bruxae, and head left deeper into the cave.
8. Give each beggar 10 crowns as alms to clear the way. Walking past them brings an archespore instead.
9. Kill the kikimore workers and blast the blocked path with Aard.
10. Loot the small chest beside the vision of Lebioda for the silver sword diagram.
