Witch Hunter's Armor is a medium chest armor from the base game, in Common, Master, Magic and two Relic variants. The quest Relic gives 166 armor at level 27, with +30% piercing, bludgeoning and slashing resistance. Yoana gives it as the reward for Master Armorers. The quest Relic is mid-game armor, and the other variants set their level when they drop or go on sale.

The quest Relic also gives +10% monster and +10% elemental resistance. The looted Relic gives 35-39 armor plus 5 per level and rolls +100-450 vitality, with +25% piercing, +25% bludgeoning and +30% slashing resistance.

The Common, Master and Magic variants give 30-34 armor plus 5 per level, with +25% piercing, +25% bludgeoning and +30% slashing resistance. The Master variant adds 1 random effect, and the Magic variant adds 2.

How to Get Witch Hunter's Armor

Relic (quest): Complete the secondary quest Master Armorers. Yoana gives Geralt the armor as the reward.
Relic (looted): It drops as random loot only.
Common, Master and Magic: Buy them from any armorer in Skellige or Toussaint, or from the merchant at the sawmill northeast of Rannvaig. They also drop as random loot.

Witch Hunter's Armor Map Location and Quest Guide

Yoana, the true master armorer at Crow's Perch in Velen, forges a relic Witch Hunter's Armor for Geralt as the reward for the secondary quest Master Armorers. The pin marks Yoana's forge. Afterward she can craft mastercrafted armor from diagrams.

Talk to Fergus, the armorer at Crow's Perch, and ask about mastercrafted armor. His helper Yoana tells of the Clan Tordarroch tools on Undvik.
Sail to Undvik in Skellige and find the Clan Tordarroch Forge.
Kill the troll that guards the forge, then loot the nearby chest for the High-Quality Smithing Tools.
Bring the tools to Fergus. Yoana reveals she is the true master armorer and asks for an archgriffin's acid gland.
Hunt the archgriffin and give its acid gland to Yoana.
Agree to wear Yoana's armor for the test. Refusing fails the quest.
Wait one day while Yoana forges the armor, then collect the Witch Hunter's Armor from her.
