Inside Clean Cut
Cameras watch the outside of the clinic, and Maelstrom gangers patrol its rooms. The operating rooms lie at the back, where the gang's wounded are patched up and their implants repaired.
Maelstrom has simple rules for its members: stay, die or pay. Those who pay in skills instead of cash can end up working in the clinic.
Jobs
In Hippocratic Oath, Lucy Thackery bought her brother Bertie out of Maelstrom by agreeing to repair the gang's cyberware for three months. Five months later, the gang still holds her at Clean Cut. Bertie pays for her rescue, but Lucy refuses to leave until she has saved her patient, a badly hurt ganger named Hans Otto. V can help her finish the work with synthetic blood before taking her out.
After that gig, the hustle No License, No Problem appears nearby. Maelstrom has set up shop in the area with Kaiser Herzog, "The Surgeon", an unlicensed ripperdoc sentenced to death for murder.
