No License, No Problem is a suspected organised crime activity in Northside, Watson. Maelstrom has set up in the area with Kaiser Herzog, known as "The Surgeon". He is an unlicensed ripperdoc sentenced to death for first degree murder, and the gang trusts him with their chrome.
Story
The Dispatcher
The NCPD dispatcher calls all subcontractors to an organised crime site, where Maelstrom has set up shop. Kaiser Herzog, "The Surgeon", has been spotted. His record lists practising as a ripperdoc without a license, and first degree murder, for which he has been sentenced to death. The city offers a reward for removing Herzog and his gang.
The Corpo's Chrome
A shard in the cache records two of his patients, Jax O'Connor and Zinna Saxon. Jax says something is wrong, as the implant Kaiser fitted him is acting up. Zinna tells him to have it fixed, but Jax would rather pay someone else. Zinna laughs and asks if it is the chrome Kaiser took from the Arasaka corpo, the woman who woke up in the middle of it and screamed. Jax denies it, as he does not go for Japanese tech, and drops the subject.
