Comrade Kolya's Premium Black Caviar is a luxury food from Dogtown that makes healing stronger. Eating it raises the effectiveness of Health Items by 25%. The caviar also lowers V's max Health while it lasts. The trade suits a character who leans on Health Items in a fight. Comrade Kolya's Premium Black Caviar is a Phantom Liberty food that the food vendor in Dogtown sells.
Effect
The caviar works for about ten minutes after V eats it. During that time, every Health Item restores more Health than usual. The lower max Health is the price of that stronger healing.
How to Get Comrade Kolya's Premium Black Caviar Guide
- Travel to Dogtown in Phantom Liberty.
- Buy the caviar from the food vendor at the EBM Petrochem Stadium.

Character Builds
The caviar fits a build that already invests in Health Items. Health Freak adds an extra Health Item charge at its second level. Transfusion adds more Health to the final charge of the equipped Health Item. Adrenaline Rush makes Health Items grant Adrenaline at its third level. The caviar then raises the healing that each of those charges gives.
Lore
The in-game description calls the caviar a highly prized product of Soviet aquaculture. It adds that the caviar is rarely found outside the USSR. The description suggests that the caviar reached Dogtown through the connections of Kurt Hansen.
