Lt. Mower is a cyberpsycho sighting for Regina Jones in Kabuki, Watson. A cyberpsycho attack was reported to MaxTac, but Militech shut the area down and took over, because the psycho is one of their own: Lieutenant Mower of Militech's elite division. She waits in a secluded square courtyard flooded with water, with optical camo, a Sandevistan and a trap of her own. Regina wants her kept in one piece.
Story
Militech Takes Over
The journal entry is a warning sign: cyberpsycho detected, Militech has locked down the area, keep away. Regina's message fills in the rest. An attack was confirmed and even reported to MaxTac, but nobody will come, as Militech shut it down. The psycho must be one of theirs, and Regina's money is on Lieutenant Mower. As a corpo, she will go straight into treatment, so Regina asks V to make very sure she stays alive.
Code Red
On Mower's body, V finds a shard with her last talk with a Militech doctor, Dr. Martin Sypura. She called in a code red: convulsions, cramps, aggression, and implants she could not shut off. The doctor read her biomonitor and told her she would lose control soon. She begged him not to call MaxTac, saying she only needed some downers. He reassured her that Militech takes care of its own. She was to wait at an out of the way address where she could not hurt anyone, and paramedics would take her to a clinic. "You look out for the corp," he told her, "the corp looks out for you."
The Orders
By a corpse just outside the alley lies another shard, a set of orders. Code red, target Lt. Mower, threat level critical. The doctor's verdict: treatment impossible. The target is waiting for paramedics at the attached coordinates, and a surprise attack is possible. Militech never sent paramedics. It sent a fire squad.
The Truth
Scanning the scene tells the rest. Mower's defective military combat cyberware was an old model, and she suffered a breakdown brought on by trauma. One dead Militech agent bled out from deep cuts. Another died from a high calibre bullet in the back. Regina later learns that Mower was experimental Militech spec ops, chipped with prototype combat implants, and wonders whether a glitch in their code made her snap.
Lt. Mower Map Location and Walkthrough
Lt. Mower map location:
- Drive through Kabuki until the Militech cordon appears, and read Regina's message.
- Find the cyberpsycho in the flooded square courtyard down the alley. The Militech soldiers who go in first are killed.
- Enter the courtyard. Mower puts V into combat at once, and only leaving the courtyard or beating her ends it.
- Switch off the device on the west side that electrifies the water, with Technical Ability, or destroy it.
- Neutralise Mower, ideally without killing her.
- Search the area and read the shard with the talk between Dr. Martin Sypura and Lt. Mower.
- Read the ORDERS shard by the body outside the alley.
- Send the information to Regina.

Choices
Alive or Dead
If V keeps Mower alive, Regina sends a ride for her and pays, though Militech warns off anyone who digs too deep. If V kills her, Regina is disappointed: something in Mower's system might have helped her. She still pays, but asks for more effort next time.
Rewards
Completing Lt. Mower pays €$ 4,050, 300 experience and 793 Street Cred.
Regina pays eddies, and the sighting adds experience and Street Cred.
Tips
Mower uses optical camo and a Sandevistan, so she vanishes and moves very fast. The electrified water hurts every second until the device is off, so deal with it early. Non lethal weapons and blunt melee weapons keep her alive.
