Media Set is the gear of the war reporter: cap, camera ocuset, ballistic vest, shirt, cargo pants and steel-toes. It is the largest of the role sets, with a piece for every clothing slot except the outfit. The pieces are split between the Badlands, Heywood, Westbrook and Watson. Every one is a unique find.

Where to Find the Pieces

---

Two pieces are in the Southern Badlands near the Regional Airport, two are in Charter Hill, one is in Wellsprings and one is in Japantown. The cap at the airport only appears once the main job Life During Wartime is finished, so the Badlands visit is best saved for later.

Charter Hill holds the pants and the steel-toes, and the pants have two possible locations there. The shirt in Wellsprings and the vest in Japantown each need a trip of their own.

Lore

---

Every piece carries the same in-game line, from a reporter named Lyle McClellan of Network 54. He remembers the TV reporters in trenchcoats broadcasting from war zones: "That's the part I like; the danger."

The set belongs to the family of role outfits. Media is the role that tells the city what happened, usually from too close.

Notes

---

The steel-toes and one of the two pants locations are on the same roof in Charter Hill, so both can be picked up together.
