Rebeca Price runs the Data Inc. shop in Wellsprings, Heywood, selling Militech cyberware. The Animals forced her into it by holding one of her relatives hostage. Rogue does not like her business and puts out a job on her.

Biography

Rebeca took over the shop under pressure from the Animals, who are said to keep a member of her family captive. Whatever her reasons, Rogue wants her gone and gives the job to V.

Rogue's brief explains her reasons. Militech has been lagging behind its rivals, and its headquarters in Corpo Plaza is buzzing like a hornet's nest, looking for an excuse to send its troops into the city. Sensible people know not to get under the corporations' skin. Rebeca opened a shop selling hacked, stolen Militech equipment anyway. Rogue values small businesses, she says, but she values keeping an army off the streets more.
