Shark in the Water is a Gun for Hire gig from Regina Jones in Kabuki, Watson. Blake Croyle, a high ranking Animal and loan shark, lured Roger Wang, the owner of a chain of shops, into a debt he could never repay. Blake has already seized one of Wang's stores, the Aoba on O'Malley Place, and wants more. Wang decided to pay Regina instead.
Story
The Same Old Script
Regina explains in the journal that racketeering is the name of the game in Kabuki, and the police look the other way when hustlers like Blake reel in their next victim. The script is always the same. Act one: a promising deal. Act two: a debt that can never be paid. This time, the sucker is Roger Wang, owner of a chain of stores. Blake has already taken one of them, and has bigger plans. As the debt can never be paid, Wang wisely paid Regina instead. Blake is about to disappear, so the time to act is now. And one more thing: he has muscle from the Animals watching his back.
The Store
Two Animals guard the outside of the store. The front gate is the most heavily guarded way in. A back door opens with Technical Ability, and a ladder on the side of the building leads to a walkway inside.
