Tomorrow Never Knows is the Phantom Liberty side job about four new tarot murals, painted across Dogtown in Pacifica. Each one shows a King of the Minor Arcana. Finding the first one starts the job, and once all four are found, Misty Olszewski can read V's future from them back in Watson.
Story
Another Bunch of Murals
Johnny tries fortune telling in the journal. Another bunch of mystery murals, huh? He reads V's future: V walking down a street in Watson, seeing a shop called Misty's Esoterica. There is a woman inside, spouting theories about what V's special third eye has seen. Johnny thinks he has a real knack for this.
The Four Kings
The King of Cups stands near the main entrance to Dogtown, in the car park of northern Coastview. The King of Pentacles is on a wall on the upper floors of the Kress Street Hideout building in Longshore Stacks. The King of Wands is by the basketball court of Tranquil Terrace in Luxor Heights. The King of Swords is on an outer wall on the north east side of The Moth building in Longshore Stacks.
Misty
While searching for the cards, V can tell Misty about each one found. Once all four are collected, she can be asked for a reading.
