The Yaiba Kusanagi "Mizuchi" is the Tyger Claws' Kusanagi, built in the style of the old Japanese biker gangs. It carries a saddle with a backrest, like the Itsumade, and the rest of the bodywork follows the same loud school. It rides as any Kusanagi does, quick and light. One usually stands in front of the Deravaja Dojo. The Mizuchi rides with the Tyger Claws in Japantown and Westbrook.
Performance
The rear wheel drives, and the bike is light enough to change direction instantly. It accelerates hard and asks for a steady hand on a wet street.
The backrest on the saddle is the visible difference from the stock Kusanagi. Underneath, the engine and the frame are unchanged, so it performs as the standard bike does.
How to Get Yaiba Kusanagi "Mizuchi" Guide
- Look for one parked in front of the Deravaja Dojo.
- Take one from a Tyger Claws rider in Japantown.
Lore
The design borrows openly from the customised motorcycles of the bosozoku gangs, whose riders built their machines to be seen and heard long before anyone saw the rider.
A mizuchi is a water dragon of Japanese myth. The Tyger Claws name their bikes the way they name everything else, from the stories they brought with them.
