The Yaiba Kusanagi "Akashita" is a custom take on Yaiba's famous Kusanagi sports bike. It keeps the sleek Kusanagi frame that gangers in Night City love. It is one of the pricier bikes on the Autofixer netpage. Players who want a Kusanagi that looks different from the standard CT-3X can buy this one. Performance
The Akashita is a bike for fast riding through the city. Bikes slip through tight spaces and traffic jams that stop a car.
Perks help any rider. Stuntjock from the Reflexes tree removes the bullet spread penalty for shooting while driving. It also lets V jump or slide out of a vehicle and shoot during the stunt. Road Warrior from the Cool tree adds weapon damage while the bike is airborne or drifting. It also lets a Sandevistan slow time while driving. Gearhead from the Technical Ability tree adds vehicle health.

Lore
The in-game Database says Yaiba first built the Kusanagi together with the Arasaka Corporation. Its sleek, aerodynamic frame hides a very powerful engine. The Database jokes that every rider should be chipped with reflex boosters. Without them, a sharp turn at high speed can end in a traffic light. The Kusanagi is a favourite among gangers, above all the Tyger Claws.
The Akashita is a modified variant of that standard Kusanagi.
