Carian knights, Lazuli sorcerers and Messmer's soldiers hold its halls. Rellana, Twin Moon Knight waits in the Castle-Lord's Chamber. Defeating her opens the road north into Scadu Altus.

It is said that only here were the moon and fire ever joined.
