Fia's Robe (Altered) is a piece of chest armor in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Fia's Set. It only becomes available late in a run.

Fia's Robe (Altered) is the altered form of the Deathbed Companion's black silken robe, keeping the same description of the warmth she shares with those she embraces. Altering lowers the weight of the chest piece and cuts its physical defense and resistances, though vitality remains very high. It still offers good magic negation for its weight. It suits very light builds that want Fia's look with minimal load.

How to Get Fia's Robe (Altered) Guide

Fia's Robe (Altered) is made by altering Fia's Robe at a Site of Grace. Fia's Robe is found beside Fia in the Deeproot Depths after her questline is completed and the Twinned armor is given to D's twin brother.

Start the Radahn Festival, then let Fia in the Roundtable Hold embrace the Tarnished to receive the Weathered Dagger.
Give the dagger to D, Hunter of the Dead, reload the area, and loot the Twinned set from his body in the newly opened room.
Defeat Fia's Champions in the Deeproot Depths, then talk to Fia, choose to be held, and use "Talk in Secret".
Use the Carian Inverted Statue from Ranni the Witch at the Carian Study Hall and take the Cursemark of Death from the top of the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
Hand the Cursemark to Fia, reload the area, and interact with her sleeping body to fight Lichdragon Fortissax.
Take the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince from Fia after the fight.
Give the Twinned armor to D, Beholder of Death, D's twin brother in Nokron, Eternal City.
Return to Fia in the Deeproot Depths to find her set beside her.
Alter Fia's Robe at a Site of Grace to get its altered form.

"Robe of black cloth that covers the entire body. Worn by Fia, the Deathbed Companion, on her journey after being exiled from her home. The fabric itself is soft as silk and thin enough that those embraced can feel every pulse; every bit of her warmth."
