Glow Dust can only be obtained by crafting. To craft Glow Dust you must first unlock the Alchemist's Mortar during the Alchemists questline. After its unlocked you can ask the Alchemist to craft Glow Dust for you. Glow Dust can be crafted by the Alchemist by crushing Fire Flies with his Enshrouded:MortarMortar.
