The Healer Set is an early mage armour set made for healers in a group. It makes healing stronger, revives allies faster and brings them back with more health. The Alchemist crafts it, and bosses and chests in the Revelwood drop copies.

Pieces

The tunic and gloves raise the health restored when healing. The headwrap shortens the time to revive a fallen ally, and the pants raise an ally's health after a revive. The boots refill mana faster for more healing spells.

How to Get Healer Set Guide

The Alchemist crafts every piece once a Mortar stands in the workshop. The recipes unlock when the Flame reaches level 3 at a Flame Altar. The main materials are Linen, Amber, Copper Bars and Indigo Plant.

Levelling and Upgrades

Every piece starts at item level 10. Each upgrade at the Alchemist costs Runes and adds one item level, more armour and one enhancement, such as extra mana or a level of the Healing Revive skill. A crafted piece is rare and takes three upgrades, up to level 13. A legendary copy from loot takes five, up to level 15, and its last steps also cost Legendary Runes. The same role continues with the Herbalist Set at level 15.

Lore

The Healer descriptions read like advice for a field medic. The headwrap protects a sensitive skull from injury, which is enough to postpone the inevitable for a while. The breathable tunic has ample space for bandages, herbs and tissues. Its gloves let nimble fingers patch up wounds in a pinch. The woven pants keep the knees from scraping. The boots need not be kept clean, because teammates will make sure they get bloody.

Tips

The Healer Set pays off most in co-op, where a fallen ally can be revived instead of running back from a respawn. Faster revives and a bigger health pool after a revive keep the group in the fight. Stronger healing makes each healing spell go further, and quicker mana regeneration keeps those spells coming. The headwrap alone helps any player who often picks up allies. Healers who move on to the Nomad Highlands can switch to the Herbalist Set, which fills the same role.
