Rimgard
Rimgard is the northern kingdom of the boss Lord Vorgoth in Enshrouded. Vorgoth signed his notes as the Guard of the North and Ruler of Rimgard. His lands lay around the Veilwater Basin, and his throne stood in the Cromville Throneroom.
Lore
Rimgard bordered Meldore, the kingdom of the Revelwood. A deserter wrote that the border had plenty of gaps to sneak through. She slipped out of the Veilwater Basin and reached the Revelwood before her comrades noticed she was gone.
Queen Pikemead sent Vorgoth boss, her eldest son, north to guard the realm. There a hooded wanderer brought him the Elixir and stayed at his side. The army of Rimgard then marched on the capital and on his own family. Some of his soldiers came to believe the wanderer had poisoned their lord's mind. One recognised the many whispering voices of the Shroud in the stranger's speech. Others watched Vorgoth stare at the moon from a lonely tower instead of leading them.
Rimgard's soldiers also broke into the land of the Ancients. Ancient beacons guarded that border, and an officer wrote that anyone who crossed the line got zapped. The beacons had to come down. Once the barrier was broken, the explorer Loraine Crim slipped through behind the soldiers and reached Cinder's Cradle.
A Rimgard field doctor left notes from the campaign. The doctor's medicine ran out while stitching up the walking dead of the army. When the soldiers captured a wounded Ancient, the doctor could only watch it turn grey and fall to ash.
