Potion of Haggling
The Potion of Haggling improves merchant prices for 30 seconds. It comes in four strengths, from the Potion of Haggling up to the Elixir of Haggling. Apothecary merchants sell it, and it also turns up as loot. Alchemy can brew the same effect from ingredients.

- Dragon's Tongue and Tundra Cotton both carry Fortify Barter, so the pair brews this potion.
- The Benefactor perk makes mixed potions with beneficial effects 25% stronger.
