Potion of Destruction
The Potion of Destruction makes Destruction spells stronger for 60 seconds. It comes in four strengths, from the Potion of Destruction up to the Elixir of Destruction. Apothecary merchants sell it, and it also turns up as loot. Alchemy can brew the same effect from ingredients.
