Skirmisher's Potion
Skirmisher's Potion raises the Light Armor skill for 60 seconds. It comes in four strengths, from the Skirmisher's Potion up to the Skirmisher's Elixir. Apothecary merchants sell it, and it also turns up as loot. Alchemy can brew the same effect from ingredients.
