Potion of the Defender
The Potion of the Defender makes blocking absorb more damage for 60 seconds. It comes in four strengths, from the Potion of the Defender up to the Elixir of the Defender. Apothecary merchants sell it, and it also turns up as loot. Alchemy can brew the same effect from ingredients.

- Honeycomb and Slaughterfish Scales both carry Fortify Block, so the pair brews this potion.
- The Benefactor perk makes mixed potions with beneficial effects 25% stronger.
