The only way to get one is to buy it. Her hut sits in the Swamp somewhere between three and eight kilometres from the middle of the world, and a cauldron icon marks it on the map once you find it. She sells five hamstrings for eighty coins. Unlike most of her stock, this one is on sale from your very first visit, with no boss kill needed to unlock it. It does not drop from any creature or come from any station, so a full purse is all you need.
