Two days in a Fermenter turn one bucket of base into six bottles of Fire Resistance Barley Wine. It takes the sting out of Surtling fire, lava spatter and burning ground in the Ashlands.
How to Make It
Mix Barley Wine Base: Fire Resistance at a Mead Ketill from ten Barley and ten Cloudberries, both of which grow only in the Plains. Put the base in a Fermenter, wait two in-game days and collect six wines. Each bottle reduces fire damage for ten minutes, long enough for a crypt run or a stretch of Ashlands coast, so it is worth brewing a full chest of them before either. The Fermenter needs a roof and dry ground, and it will not work in the rain.
