Lingering Eitr Mead has to wait for the Ashlands, because the vineberries in its base grow nowhere else. Once you have them, a Fermenter turns out a mead that adds a quarter more eitr regeneration for five minutes at a time.
How to Make It
Boil ten Sap, ten Vineberry Clusters and ten Magecap into a base in a Mead Ketill, then ferment it for two in-game days for six bottles. Sap and Magecap both come from the Mistlands, with the sap tapped from an ancient root using a Sap Extractor. The vineberries hang off Charred Ruins in the Ashlands, so this one costs you a sea crossing. While the buff is running, you cannot drink another eitr mead.
