Pungent Pebbles are the start of one of the stranger mead bases in Valheim. You buy them rather than find them, from the Bog Witch in her potion hut out in the Swamp.
How to Get It
You get these with coin, not a pickaxe or a weapon. Find the Bog Witch's camp, which spawns on its own somewhere in the Swamp, and buy the pebbles with coins. They are in her stock from your first meeting, with no boss to beat first, so all you need is coin and enough skill to survive the Swamp until you reach her hut. Once you are inside her dome nothing can follow you in, which makes the camp a useful landmark as well as a shop.
