Sparkling Shroomshake needs a level 6 Cauldron, one step below the top of the upgrade chain, and a trip to the Ashlands, where half of its ingredients grow.

How to Make It

---

Mix four Sap, two Vineberry Cluster, two Smoke Puff and two Magecap in a level 6 Cauldron. Sap and Magecap both come from the Mistlands. You draw the Sap with a Sap Extractor driven into an ancient root, and pick the Magecap from the glowing Blue Mushrooms on the ground. Vineberries and Smoke Puffs are gathered around the Charred Ruins of the Ashlands. It is among the strongest eitr foods in the game, giving 90 eitr alongside 30 health and 15 stamina for 25 minutes.
