Tasty Mead costs two days in a Fermenter and almost nothing else, which is why a rack of it is usually the first thing a new hall keeps running. Its materials come out of the Meadows and the Black Forest.
How to Make It
Mix a Mead Base: Tasty at a Mead Ketill from ten honey, ten Raspberries and five Blueberries. Then leave the base in a Fermenter for two in-game days, and it gives you six bottles. Honey comes from your own Beehives, Raspberries from the Meadows and Blueberries from the Black Forest, so the whole chain sits inside the first two biomes you ever walk. Each bottle doubles stamina regeneration for ten seconds but costs you half your health regeneration. The cooldown is only ten seconds, so you can drink it over and over through a boss fight.
