Trousers of Ask are usually the last of the three pieces to go on, the one that finally switches on the set bonus and lets you outrun whatever the Ashlands send after you. They give 28 armour, or 34 fully upgraded, which ranks 3rd for armour among leg pieces. Worn with the rest of the Ask Set, they are part of an 84 armour rating, which turns a 100-damage hit into 30.
How to Craft
Made at a level 3 Black Forge from:
- 15x Linen Thread: Spun from Flax at a Spinning Wheel.
- 4x Lox Pelt: Dropped by Lox in the Plains.
- 10x Asksvin Hide: Dropped by Asksvin in the Ashlands.

When to Use It
Late game. Asksvin Hide drops from Asksvin in the Ashlands, the furthest south the map goes, and Lox Pelt from Lox in the Plains.
Upgrades
You can upgrade it 3 times after crafting, and each level needs the station built one step higher than the last. Every other figure on this page is for quality 1, so your own copy sits somewhere on this ladder:

Notes
- The movement speed penalties of chest and leg armor add up, so a full heavy set is 10% slower.
- Armor reduces physical, fire, frost and lightning damage, but it does nothing against poison or spirit damage.
