Fen'aeth is a Relic silver sword from Blood and Wine, with +26% Aard intensity and +85% crit damage. One variant is looted from the remains of Grottore during Feet as Cold as Ice. Another is crafted from a diagram found in the Elven Sanctuary Ruins. It is a late-game sword from Toussaint, with the crafted variant at level 39 and the looted one from level 45.

Both variants have the same bonuses: +26% Aard intensity, +85% crit damage, +11% crit chance, +15% chance to poison and +5% bonus experience from monsters, with 3 rune slots. The looted variant deals 504-616 damage at level 45, and the crafted variant deals 454-554 at level 39.

Fen'aeth is the first step of a diagram family. Tah'rel follows with +28% Aard, then Gesheft with +30% Aard.

How to Get Fen'aeth

Looted: During the secondary quest Feet as Cold as Ice, loot the sword from the remains of Grottore.
Crafted: Take Diagram: Fen'aeth from the corpse of Noel Ivor at the guarded treasure in the Elven Sanctuary Ruins, southeast of Termes Palace Ruins. Fleders and a garkain stand guard there. Then have a blacksmith craft it.

Fen'aeth Map Location and Quest Guide

The pin marks Feet as Cold as Ice, a Blood and Wine contract that Jacquette gives near the Nilfgaardian Embassy in Beauclair. The relic Fen'aeth drops from Grottore, a spriggan in the cave northwest of Beauclair Palace. Loot its corpse after the fight to take the sword.

Speak to Jacquette near the Nilfgaardian Embassy in Beauclair, or to François le Goff by the cave northwest of Beauclair Palace.
Find François asleep at his camp by the cave and wake him.
Agree to help him fight Grottore, and stay close to him in the cave so he survives.
Search the cave with Witcher Senses and read the bestiary entry on Grottore.
Burn the plants with Igni to lure Grottore out.
Defeat Grottore and kill the archespores it summons.
Loot Grottore's corpse for Fen'aeth.
