Gesheft is the best silver sword for crit damage. It is a Relic silver sword from Blood and Wine in a looted and a crafted variant. The looted variant gives +20% intensity to all five Signs. The crafted variant has +100% crit damage and deals 508-620 damage at level 45. The looted sword is in the Land of a Thousand Fables, and the diagram is in a monster den north of Basane Farm. It is a late-game sword from Toussaint, and the looted variant starts at level 40.

The looted variant gives +20% sign intensity to Aard, Igni, Quen, Yrden and Axii alike, which fits a signs build. It deals 459-561 damage at level 40 and has 3 rune slots.

The crafted variant trades that spread for +30% Aard intensity, +100% crit damage, +15% crit chance, +15% chance to poison and +5% bonus experience from monsters. It also has 3 rune slots. Its +100% crit damage is tied for the highest of any silver sword. It is the last step of a diagram family. Fen'aeth gives +26% Aard and Tah'rel +28%, while Gesheft reaches +30%.

How to Get Gesheft

Looted: During Beyond Hill and Dale..., after the Cloud Giant in the Land of a Thousand Fables, follow a will-o'-the-wisp to an unlit campfire and loot the sword.
Crafted: Find Diagram: Gesheft in the monster den cave north of Basane Farm, next to Gisèle Duret's journal and guarded by a werewolf. Then have a blacksmith craft it.

Gesheft Map Location and Quest Guide

The pin marks a will-o'-the-wisp in the Land of a Thousand Fables, the fairy tale world crossed with Syanna in the Blood and Wine quest Beyond Hill and Dale.... After the Cloud Giant falls, the wisp leads to an unlit campfire in a cave below the bridge to his castle. Light the campfire to find the relic Gesheft.

Follow the yellow brick road through the Land of a Thousand Fables to find Syanna. Kill the archespore at the first bridge.
Defeat the Wicked Witch at her hut by the next bridge.
Ride the unicorn to Joss, kill the wolves and ask him about the beans.
Take the red bean from the Big Bad Wolf, the yellow bean from Longlocks' tower and the blue bean from the Three Little Pigs.
Kill the pixies at the planting spot, plant the beans and climb the beanstalk.
Defeat the Cloud Giant.
Head toward the castle and follow the will-o'-the-wisp at the bridge down into a cave.
Light the campfire where the wisp circles, then pick up Gesheft.
