Putrid Grove is an enclave in the Lacehalls district of Novigrad. Francis Bedlam, the King of Beggars, rules it. The enclave is also the base of his gang, the Blindeyes. Mages hide here from the witch hunters and the Temple Guard. Triss Merigold, a merchant and a porter are found inside. The quests Pyres of Novigrad and Honor Among Thieves lead here.

History

Francis Bedlam claims the name is backward. In his view it is the rest of Novigrad that has rotted. The Grove, he says, is the last place of sanity and reason in the city.
