Coach Fred is a retired boxer who hangs around Megabuilding H10 in Little China, Watson, where V lives. He offers to be V's agent in the street fights of Night City and points the way to fights in every part of the city. Winning them all leads to a title match.
Biography
As a boy, Fred spent most of his time indoors watching TV. His favourite show was an advert for Cirrus Cola with an eagle called Beaker, a kind of superhero bird. He was bullied at school until one day he stood up to the bullies and felt like Beaker himself.
Fred grew up to be a boxer and has now retired. He spends his days near V's home, where he first tests V against his "new punching bag". After that he becomes V's agent and sends V to fights across Night City.
