Epistrophy: North Oak is one of the seven runaway cab hunts of Epistrophy, for Delamain. The divergent cab waits at the roundabout near the North Oak Sign in North Oak, Westbrook. This one is not hostile at all. It is simply overwhelmed by the city, and needs a gentle drive home.
Story
A Taxi in Distress
The journal plays it up as a grand quest. A taxi in distress calls for a hero like V. If V wants to become a legend, here is the quest for ultimate glory. The Afterlife awaits!
When V gets close, the cab calls. Night City is too much for it. It is too crowded, and it makes the cab anxious and sad. V suggests driving it back to Delamain's headquarters, where it will be safer. The cab agrees and lets V take the wheel.
